Isn't it funny that you always wanted to go far far away from your home and still every now and then you yearn to be back? Well I still yearn to be back home but I am terrified of missing what is out there - out there to watch and learn. Faces places and thoughts.

Memories?
Every face you meet in the crowd is one with a myriad of stories. I don't know why I remembered this all of a sudden - I had this strange habit of staring at people in a crowd, without their knowledge. I used to try and read their minds; and trust me - I absolutely believed what I thought they were thinking of. This guy who is running off in a hurry needs to be home to take a quick leak; this lady has just had a fight with her husband regarding the curries she had made for lunch. This boy is tense because he didn't do the homework and he has got no excuse to justify it.

Pink Floyd -Wish you were here.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found? The same old fears.
Wish you were here.
blue skies from pain.

Blogging is like a new recipe you find in that nice little corner restaurant, at first you are sceptic, then you become very frequent and addicted, then you slow down and then at some point of time you stop all of it. I always thought of blogging as an out of my emotions, the stuffs which I won't speak to keep things on an even keel. But then when I pondered on the same, it seems like washing dirty laundry in public. Its getting all about me. I am not funny, I am not writing any travelogues, its getting monotonous even for me. That's when I stopped blogging, just to be on the record, not that many a lot are interested in the scanty shitty blogs of mine.

Obituary!
He was sitting in his room, watching some music video. He had drunk some and smoked some. I went inside and broke the news: "Dey, Bob Marley is dead!!!". He threw his headphones and said "O shit O shit" and then even while I was walking down the stairs, I could hear him shout.
Then he comes down and asks another room mate, "Dey net il check cheyyada, Bob Marley chathu".
Roomie who was playing some computer game in his room (the game is the sick one where you manage a foot ball team and become rich) was annoyed but still heeds to the request. He checks wikipedia to find that "Edey iyalu 1981 il vadi aayatha. Shavam." Well he hears that, comes and and sits in the living room and said, "Ayyo nammal arinjathu valare late aayi poyi."

O Mary go and call the cattles home!
Ever thought one wrong decision from your part can make your life so fucked up? Its not a rash decision taken at the spur of the moment or anything, I would say I took almost a month for this one. I am not impulsive most of the time. I do get impulsive ideas but in most of the cases I take a lot of time to decide and act upon them.
I kind of knew the decision from day one, but then I did took time to finalise it, to my credit.
But in the fucking end, it was a fucking pathetic decision.
If it looks like shit and smells like shit, chances are it is shit.

à la Barrichello :|
Remember that race where a part of Barrichello's car flew off and hit Massa square and which had sent him retiring in the hospital room for sometime? Any part of the vehicle ever fell off while you were riding/driving? Well, it happened to me; today. The metal thing that stays on the back of the bike, behind the seat fell off. It was loose for quite a long time, but I was lazy for a longer period of time. My laziness is much more powerful than a silly piece of metal that is hanging loose from the back of my bike. Some rattle can't frighten me off.
It did fall in a crowded area, but thankfully no one got hurt. Some one could have, this is a heavy piece sharp and a bike can hit it and fall over. It can get stuck in a car-tyre. Thankfully neither of it happened. I took it to the restaurant where I had my breakfast and kept it there, with the promise that I'll take this today noon and fix it. I'm still waiting.
