A list.

Trying to list out a few interesting personalities I met recently, in no particular order.

Rickety Cricket: RC has some physical deformity. He can't walk properly, neither can he sit down properly. It takes him a huge effort to even bend and eat his food. For all these reasons and maybe other unknown ones, RC is thin and malnourished amongst a pack healthy dogs. RC comes around and stands, expecting love and some scratches (for which he will wholeheartedly turn around and point out the places he wants them). We even commented that this one's living just on love. He kept coming for lots of love, some water and maybe some tidbits of food; and  he's still going strong, in his on rickety crickety ways.

Doggu: Doggu is cute. Doggu is huge-ish. And Doggu is so fucking needy and has no shame in asking for love. He is jealous to the dot. He will come and sit next to you giving you doggu eyes. Then if you are strong enough to ignore them he will paw you, then scratch you, put both his paws on you and what not.
Pro-tip: Mildly blow some air on his face and Doggu will make disappointed doggu sounds and leave you alone for few moments.

Kiko: Kiko grew up with 7 cats, most of them still kittens. Kiko is currently in her growth spurt, she is teething and she loves to act like a psycho. Kiko will come running and jump on you and then probably use you as a hoist to jump higher. Kiko goes into dirty water to have fun and then come back and jump on you, because why not?

Pinky/Poocha: Pinky is a he. Pinky gives no fucks about being called Pinky. I preferred to call him Poocha; for clarity sake, and also what's the point naming a cat sake. Poocha has no sense of boundary, propriety or anything that would make him do things not his way. But like all cats this one easily gets his will done. Poocha comes and sits nonchalantly on you. He is not like that patient social human who will wait for everyone before eating food once it arrives on the table. Poocha once strolled into the room, jumped on to the bed, and settled on me. And slept. Everytime I move a fraction, he would make a sound like a squeeky toy, indicating his discomfort.

Poocha and I had a special connect, or so I thought. If Poocha is sitting on someone else's lap and is being pampered and I come and sit, he used to jump out of the other person's lap and sit on mine. That was a rare, nice gesture from Poocha or from any poocha.

Panther: Panther is small and acts as if he doesn't know his name is Panther. He came to our verandah one night probably because we were the only ones with lights on in the verandah. Perhaps he is still afraid of the dark, much like his namesake I should presume (a panther has never walked in on me like this before, so I am not really sure what they do in such occasions). Panther didn't drink water but he ate some crackers. Then he slept there until maybe the sun came out.

P.S.:- This is by no means an exhaustive list. I had recently seen the adage 'No man is an island' written somewhere, again. And decided to be extremely social. So I interacted with a lot of friendly dogs with varying levels of personalities, various cats with varying levels of giving a fuck, and a couple or so human beings.

P.P.S.:- Uploading some photos of the eminencies, again in no particular order.
